Website & Digital Initiative of the Year

CRITERIA

This category considers websites and other digital initiatives that have added value to a merchant's business since January 2018, whether through an online sales channel, or by increasing brand awareness. This can include websites, digital marketing, online sponsorship, social media or any other investment in the digital platform.
 
Nominations should include:
  • The initial aim of the initiative and how it was implemented
  • How they have increased sales or encouraged repeat visits to the site
  • Figures to show how it has been successful to date and whether the project has fulfilled its initial aims
  • Where possible, links to the website or initiative concerned should be included so judges can visit the sites themselves 
 
GUIDANCE
  • Entries should be between 500 to 850 words
