Terms and Conditions

Nominations are free of charge, however if shortlisted as a finalist your company must be represented at the awards ceremony for that category.
Finalists will be required for a member of their senior leadership team, or the individual nominated in individual categories, to take a complimentary seat on the sponsor of the category’s table.
The person sat on the sponsors table should be the one to collect the trophy, however other members of their team present may also join them on stage. The more the merrier!

All bookings must be prepaid before attending the awards.
Cancellations must be received in writing to l.monteforte@hgluk.com by 27th October 2023 and will be subject to a charge of 25%. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 27th October 2023 or for non-attendance. Guest substitutions may be made at any time, but the accommodation of dietary requirements and new names in print may not be possible if very close to the event.
