Marianna Peet

Marianna Peet leads the training, apprenticeships and early careers agenda at the Builders Merchants Federation (BMF), where she is responsible for the BMF's People and Skills strategy and helping to strengthen career pathways within the sector.

She leads the Institute of Builders Merchants (IoBM), focusing on its development as a professional body within the sector, centred on supporting and helping individuals, recognising achievement and encouraging continuous professional development.

Marianna leads a number of initiatives such as young merchants and the ambassador network, reflecting her commitment to supporting young people, celebrating success and encouraging development across the sector.
