Jen Cassidy

Jen Cassidy has CEO of Bristan Group since 2025. She joined  Bristan Group in 2021 following a career that included senior roles with Wolseley, Kohler Mira and more latterly, Linn Products. Jen seeks to align teams around shared goals, inspiring cross functional collaboration to drive improved business performance, deliver positive financial impact and maximise colleague engagement. 

Jen has also held the role of Chair of the Construction Inclusion Coalition since October 2025. Established by leading organisations across the construction industry, the coalition is committed to working together to enhance the impact of our individual diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives. Together, these organisations aim to foster collaboration, establish a network to share knowledge and resources across the industry, and co-create solutions to make a difference.
