Paul Kilbride

Paul has gained a vast amount of insight and experience over his 40-year career in the industrial product supply and procurement marketplace. All of this has led him to his current role of 10 years; building a better future for independent distributers as owner and CEO of the Troy Group.

Paul’s passion for business and industry knowledge has been a key contributor in the huge growth achieved by the Group. The turnover has increased tenfold since Paul acquired Troy; making it the most important industrial product buying group in it's marketplace. The Group currently represents 2000+ brands and supplies a network of 350+ merchant members with a collective turnover of £1.2 billion.

Paul's principal philosophy of business is to invest in the future of the network; and to develop his team, with a clear vision. He has set about carving out a new path and redefining what a buying group can provide for it's members in an increasingly competitive business landscape, and he has managed to scale the business without losing the family values that have helped shape what the Group has become.
