Joanne Callow

Jo joined Knauf Insulation in 2013 as the original member of the Merchant Support Team that was subsequently rolled out nationally. She continued to work closely with merchants in her subsequent roles as Area Sales Manager and then National Merchant Support Manager.

In 2020 she was appointed Head of Communications for UK & Ireland, her current role, working in the Marketing department. After being awarded the BMF Young Supplier Achiever award in 2014, Jo joined the Young Merchant group which she now chairs. She has been an active member for the past seven years, taking part in numerous networking activities including annual meetings, overseas trips and other BMF events such as MasterMerchant.
